Area 1: 1100 block of North Buena Vista Street, at 1:30 a.m. on Feb. 25, a 20-year-old Burbank man was riding his Razor scooter when three Latino men stopped him and demanded his property. One of the men punched the victim in the face.

One suspect was 6 feet 1 inches tall and was wearing a blue hat with white writing. The second man was 5 feet 6 inches tall, and no information was available about the third suspect.

1800 block of West Oak Street

At 3:25 a.m. on Feb. 25, officers arrested two men and two juveniles for stealing a car after receiving a call about suspicious suspects in the area. Police located a white Toyota Camry near the intersection of West Alameda Avenue and South Beachwood Drive that matched the description from the call. Inside, the officer allegedly found tools commonly used to commit automobile burglary and thefts, as well as narcotics and stolen property. Two men from Panorama City — Robert Chapman, 18 and Emmanuel Gonsales, 19 — were arrested and taken to Burbank jail. A 17-year-old male and 15-year-old female were transported to Sylmar Juvenile Hall.

Area 2

100 block of East Orange Grove Avenue

Between 2:45 and 4:30 p.m. on Feb. 26, third row seats were taken from a 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe while parked in the structure close to Elephant Bar. The driver side door lock was punched out.

Between 6:30 and 8:05 p.m. on Feb. 27, a car stereo and DVD player were taken from a 2001 Chevrolet Silverado while parked in the structure close to Island restaurant. The driver side door lock was punched out.

Between 4:50 and 10 p.m. on Feb. 28, a computer laptop, compact discs and clothing were taken from a 2001 Nissan pickup truck while parked in the structure close to Elephant Bar. The passenger side door was pried open.

200 block of East Orange Grove Avenue

Between 6:30 and 8:10 p.m. on Feb. 24, third row seats were taken from a 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe while in the Orange Gove parking structure. There were no signs of forced entry.

600 block of North San Fernando Boulevard

Between 8 a.m. and 5:50 p.m. on Feb. 26, a car stereo, purse and jewelry were taken from a 1996 Honda Civic while in the parking structure close to IKEA. The driver’s side door window was pried open.
