The City Council is scheduled discuss the possibility of an extended swim season during its Tuesday meeting.

City officials posted signs around the McCambridge Park pool informing residents about the proposed changes, and encouraging people to attend the meeting. Currently, the pool is open from May to September. A five-week extension into October would cost an additional $45,000, according to city reports.

The council meets at City Hall at 6 p.m. and the agenda can be found on the city’s website, under “meeting agendas and minutes,” at www.burbankca.gov.
