What’s the problem with cleanliness?

I fail to see how this advertisement would concern the Burbank City Council (“Maid ads heat up city streets,” Oct. 10). Concern over adding a Walmart to Burbank’s businesses is focused on traffic, parking and unfair business practices. As for the van, everyone knows that cleanliness is next to Godliness.
