Burbank police seek resident feedback via online survey
The Burbank Police Department is asking residents to weigh in on its community policing efforts in an online survey through which officials hope to identify any “areas for improvement.”
The survey, which can be taken anonymously, asks residents to rate how problematic certain crimes or quality-of-life issues are in Burbank, including home or commercial burglaries, car thefts, vandalism, graffiti and drug use.
It also asks residents to rate the quality of police services, such as how helpful, professional or knowledgeable Burbank police personnel were during their most recent contact, as well as the nature of that interaction.
“The survey will help us identify areas for improvement and will help us plan the police department’s future community policing efforts,” Burbank Police Chief Scott LaChasse said in a statement.
Residents have until the end of the month to complete the survey.
