Commission to host public forum in Burbank

The public will have an opportunity to weigh in on the services offered by Burbank police as the department seeks voluntary accreditation through the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies.

The commission will host a public forum at 6 p.m. on Monday in the City Council chambers to hear from residents and department employees as it examines all aspects of the local law-enforcement agency.

Residents and employees can also offer comments by calling (818) 238-3025 between 1 and 3 p.m. on Tuesday.
