Photo Gallery: 49th annual Brooks Street Classic

The running of the 49th annual Brooks Street Classic surf contest was Saturday and Sunday in solid south swell conditions and brought together locals of all ages and ability to compete in what is touted as the oldest surf contest in the world. Contest Director Brandy Faber, the Laguna Surf and Sport crew and city of Laguna Beach managed nearly 100 competitors and spectators who filled the new bleacher-style viewing area to watch the competition and put on a smooth show for residents and visitors alike.
