COSTA MESA — Celia Duran scored 11 points to lead a strong team performance by the Eagles in the nonleague game Saturday.

Maya Van Den Heever had 10 points and Bryanna Vernon hit three three-pointers and finished with nine points for Estancia (15-8).

McKenna Izzi led the Sailors with nine points and eight rebounds. Bela Raimondi and Jordan Perry scored seven points and Jen Lopez had three points and seven rebounds for Newport Harbor.

San Clemente Rotary Tournament

SAN CLEMENTE — Newport Harbor senior Mason Muphy won the 170-pound division championship with a 4-0 record and a pin in the title match Saturday. Murphy improved to 27-8.

Senior David Wadleigh III placed third in the 126-pound division, going 4-1 and junior Andrew Craft was the consolation champ in the 138-pound division with a 3-1 record.

Newport Harbor as a team finished eighth overall out of 22 teams.

San Clemente Rotary Tournament

SAN CLEMENTE — Corona del Mar had three medallists on Saturday.

Junior Chris Croxton (113 pounds) finished fifth. Freshman Chris Camarillo (106) and junior Adam Reines (132) both placed seventh in the 22-team tournament.

Next up for the Sea Kings is a Wednesday meet with Beckman followed by the Pacific Coast League Finals Saturday to determine CIF qualifiers.
