The Costa Mesa Historical Society invites residents to come hear
St. Mark's 27th annual Alternative Christmas Market, featuring 26 nonprofit vendors, will be from
10 a.m. to noon at the church, 2200 San Joaquin Hills Road, Newport Beach. A "peasant lunch" of lentil soup and cornbread will be sold for a suggested donation of $5 per person, in support of the Presbyterian Hunger Program, and a selection of desserts will be for sale, with proceeds benefiting the Costa Mesa Soup Kitchen.
