Those driving near Adams Avenue and Harbor Boulevard in Costa Mesa, take note: There’s going to be traffic.

City Hall is nearing completion on its $3-million project involving replacing medians and other improvements for the busy intersection. Officials said Friday that the work is about 70% done, and traffic delays are expected for the next two weeks.

A “significant impact” is expected in the mornings along Adams’ eastbound direction. During the evenings, expect traffic in the westbound side, officials said.
