The business education building, designed by architect Richard Neutra, was constructed on Orange Coast College’s campus in 1953. The building’s staggered walls and large windows were based on Neutra’s philosophy of dissolving barrier between the inside and outside. The building is set to be demolished under the college’s Vision 2020 construction plan.Courtesy of Costa Mesa Historical, Daily Pilot
