Police Report, Feb. 18: Arrests for suspicion of grand theft auto

The following were taken from daily booking reports from the Glendale Police Department.

AREA 1

San Fernando Road and Brand Boulevard

Ibrahim Veken, 19, was arrested Feb. 11 on suspicion of appropriation of lost property.

East Colorado Street and South Verdugo Road

Hovit Voskanian, 43, was arrested Feb. 13 on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

East Cypress Street and South Glendale Avenue

Talar Elbekian, 23, was arrested Feb. 14 on suspicion of grand theft auto.

Pogos Levonyan, 26, was arrested Feb. 14 on suspicion of grand theft auto.

East Garfield Avenue and South Verdugo Road

Carlos Bracco, 38, was arrested Feb. 14 on outstanding warrants for driving without a license and petty theft.

700 block of Salem Street

Anthony Capa, 27, was arrested Feb. 14 on suspicion of making criminal threats and elder abuse.

100 block of Los Angeles Street

Nelson Estrada, 28, was arrested Feb. 15 on an outstanding warrant for possessing methamphetamine for sale.

Alameda Avenue and Golden State (5) Freeway

Atineh Nazari, 27, was arrested Feb. 11 on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

AREA 3

East Glenoaks Boulevard and North Jackson Street

Bryant Fuentes, 21, was arrested Feb. 13 on an outstanding warrant for driving on a suspended or revoked license.

North Chevy Chase Drive and Stanley Avenue

Emanuel Tet, 56, was arrested Feb. 14 on an outstanding warrant for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Foothill (210) Freeway and Pennsylvania Avenue

Lisette Carrillo, 24, was arrested Feb. 13 on outstanding warrants for driving on a suspended or revoked license and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol
