Council marking 80th with lunch

Although we still seem to be a best-kept secret in Burbank to many (until we mention either Holiday Baskets or Camperships) Burbank Coordinating Council is celebrating its 80th birthday!

The luncheon will be on March 4 at Little White Chapel from noon to 1:30 p.m.

We want to share the fun with Burbank’s whole community since so many of you participate in either Holiday Baskets or Camperships. It has been wonderful all these years and we plan to continue both programs for many years to come.

It would be wonderful to be able to thank people in person for their donations of time, food and gifts.

Tell all your friends to come and enjoy. Mayor Dave Golonski will be there with a Burbank update, too.

To attend, all one needs to do is RSVP to Doris at (818) 842-6361 and bring $9 for lunch. It promises to be a great day.
