Luncheon to raise scholarship funds for Glendale Area Alumnae Panhellenic

The reservation deadline for the Glendale Area Alumnae Panhellenic’s annual scholarship luncheon is next Wednesday, March 12.

The luncheon will be held at 11 a.m. March 22 at the Oakmont Country Club, 3100 Country Club Drive.

This year’s event, with the theme “Springfest 2014, will feature the Towne Singers Chamber Choir.

Funds raised from the luncheon will be used to provide scholarships to eligible area young women who are high school seniors or active college sorority members, who are part of the panhellenic organization.

Cost per adult is $60. Cost for children 12 years old and younger is $35.

Reservations, which are required, include valet parking, the opportunity to win a table centerpiece and one raffle ticket. There will be raffle prizes as well as a silent auction.
