Hundreds of people from Burbank and Glendale came out on Sunday, Jan. 12, 2014, at four Jewel City churches to counter a demonstration by eight members of the Westboro Baptist Church, a group renowned for protesting at gay marriages, military funerals and warning of divine retribution.
