The offramp on the eastbound Foothill (210) Freeway at Lowell Avenue was closed Friday morning after a collision involving a jack-knifed semi-truck and three vehicles, according to Officer Tony Polizzi with the California Highway Patrol.

The incident occurred at 7:38 a.m., and a Sigalert was issued for more than three hours. At noon, crews were still pumping liquid from tanks that were on the truck, rather than trying to move the full tanks, Polizzi said.

No injuries were reported and details about the collision were not immediately available, he added.
