Assemblyman Roger Hernandez, D-West Covina, has been charged in a drunk driving case stemming from his March arrest in the Northern California city of Concord, the Contra Costa Times reported.

From the article:

Concord police said blood test results show that Hernandez had a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent, the minimum level for DUI in California. In an apologetic statement released last week, Hernandez said he thought he was sober enough to drive after “drinking a couple of drinks over the course of an evening.” His office declined to comment further when contacted Tuesday about his charges.
