Greer’s OC: Women, find your perfect fit

Share

When it comes to finding the perfect fitting bra, we highly recommend shopping at Intimacy at South Coast Plaza. On a recent visit to meet Intimacy founder Susan Nethero (dubbed “The Bra Whisperer” as seen on Oprah), we were reintroduced to some eye-opening, bra-fitting facts — like 85% of women aren’t even wearing the right size bra.

We found out that you most likely have a preconceived idea of the bra size you should be wearing, but until you have an expert fit, you’re most probably wearing an ill-fitting bra.

And with breast enhancements being so popular, Intimacy is a great place to go before surgery to find the ideal bra size you want to be, and post-surgery to make sure you’re wearing a great supporting bra so that you’ll feel more comfortable and confident.

The boutique may look like there isn’t a huge selection to choose from, but it’s deceptive. There are thousands of premium bras to choose from — more than 90 sizes from A to K cups, plus beautiful matching panties, lingerie, nursing and sport bras, too.

If finding the right bra has always been an issue, you will have come to the right place at Intimacy. Choose from designer labels like Marie Jo, Marie Jo L’Aventure, Chantelle, Aubade, Lejaby, Simone Perele and Prima Donna.

Intimacy is open 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Sunday at Level 1, Bloomingdale’s Wing at South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa. For more information, call (657) 622-0595 or visit https://www.myintimacy.com.
