Police make arrest at suspected residential pot nursery

Police seized several pounds of marijuana and arrested a man after searching a suspected grow house in the 10400 block of Circulo De Villa in Fountain Valley, officials said.

Kevin Troung, 25, of Anaheim was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of marijuana cultivation and possession with the intent to sell, according to a Fountain Valley Police Department news release.

He is being held in Orange County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail, according to the Orange County Sheriff's Department.

Armed with a search warrant, police seized about 106 marijuana plants and about 20 pounds of dried pot.

Several rooms of the home had been converted to areas for cultivating the drug, with "sophisticated ventilation, lighting ballasts and irrigation systems, along with processing equipment," according to the release.
