Wahoo's Fish Taco is celebrating 25 years after starting in Costa Mesa.

Steve Karfaridis, one of the co-founders of Wahoo's Fish Taco, shows how to make Wahoo's new burrito made with white rice, sauteed mushrooms, chicken breast, cheese, green sauce and "Mr. Lee Sauce."
