Joseph¿Barr birdied the first hole of a playoff Sunday to beat Eric King and win the Hilliard Lyons J.E. Butler Invitational at Danville Country Club.
Barr, who had the low round of the day with a 70 on Sunday, birdied the first hole, while King parred it. Barr finished with a two-day score of 71-70—141. King, who won the last two Butler Invitationals, shot 69-72—141.
Chris Chee finished third and was a shot back after his 71-72—143. J.T. Ross was fourth with a 73-71—144 and Daniel DeLuca placed fifth at 71-74—145. Rounding out the top 10 was Jeremy Wilson (145), Michael Dees (146), Chris Caldwell (147), Scott McQueary (147), Matthew Anderson (149), Jordan Hogue (149) and Scott Bolin (152).
Grant Blevins won the long drive competition.
