JUNCTION¿CITY — Rudolph Eugene Minks, 78, of Danville died Friday, July 15, 2011.
Born Nov. 9, 1932, he was the son of Willie Harvey and Frieda Bodner Minks. He was the owner of Minks Masonry. He was a Baptist and a member of the Franklin Masonic Lodge F&AM No. 46 and Oleika Shrine Temple.
Survivors include his daughter, Debbie Minks Stevens of Danville; his sons, Rudolph E. “Chip” (Callie) Minks II of Danville, Terry Eugene Minks of Perrvyille and Benjamin Paul Minks of Nicholasville; two sisters, Dorothy Milliner of Louisville and Jeannie Minks of Columbia; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
The funeral service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Stith Funeral Home and Family Center, Junction City. Stacy Brian Wilson will officiate. Burial will be in Danville Memorial Gardens with military rites by the Caswell Saufley Post 18 of the American Legion.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to the time of the service.
