Cases referred to the Boyle County grand jury recently include:
Brian K. Daniels, three counts of second-degree criminal possession of forged instrument and two counts of third-degree unlawful transaction with a minor.
Christopher L. Turner, 37, 123 Robertson Lane, second-degree domestic assault and first-degree burglary, sent to grand jury; and fourth-degree assault, dismissed.
