Peta Watts: Peta, with and without Henry, has been guiding and climbing throughout the Andes, Himalaya, Pamirs and Karakorum. She has summited on Lhotse and has spent plenty of time at the South Col on Everest. Peta, Henry and their daughter Maty, live in Scotland.
Inaki Ochoa, a Basque (northern Spain) has summited on 7 of the 8000 meter peaks, a few he has climbed multiple times. This is his second trip to K2 and his first to the Pakistani side. He spent the spring guiding on the North Ridge of Everest with Russel Brice and regularly guides for Henry Todd.
Oscar Gogorza, is also a proud Basque. He has been on two prior expeditions to 8000 meter peaks (Annapurna and Everest) where he worked as a reporter. Once again he is sending back reports to various Spanish media outlets including Barrabes.com.
Rod Richardson is from Nevada and has been climbing in the Himalaya and Karakorum for over 25 years. Rod is a professional mountain guide and is an owner of Sierra Mountain Guides. He has been on numerous 8000 meter peak epeditions, including Everest and K2, and has summited on Gasherbrum 1.
Joby Ogwyn, from Louisiana, is the youngest climber to ever complete the "7 Summits." In addition to Everest, Joby climbed Lhotse with Peta and Pasang Dawa in 2001.
Pasang Dawa, from the village of Pangboche in Nepal has climbed Everest (three times), Lhotse and Cho Oyu. When not working for Henry, he helps his wife raise their family and tend to their small herd of yaks.
Chris Warner is the owner of Earth Treks, a chain of climbing gyms and a climbing guide service. This is Chris' 5th expedition to an 8000 meter peak. He has summited on Everest, Cho Oyu and Shishapangma.
Simone Moro is an Italian climber. He has summited on Everest (twice), Cho Oyu and Lhotse (twice). Simone is also a mountain guide.
