Don't feel like cooking for a crowd on Sunday? Get your New Orleans flair from local restaurants and caterers instead.
Restaurants: B&O American Brasserie (443-692-6172; http://www.bandorestaurant.com) will serve a five course New Orleans-themed game day dinner, including grilled oysters, a seafood boil and king cake for $50 per person, and 50 cent Natty Bohs and $5 "Hail Marys." At Tooloulou (443-627-8090; http://www.tooloulou.com) and Ethel & Ramone's (410-664-2971; http://www.ethelandramones.com), diners can carry out New Orleans-inspired specialties. Ethel & Ramone's is also offering a pre-sold lobster and tenderloin dinner for $60 per person.
Caterers & Shops: Classic Catering's (410-356-1666; http://www.classiccatering.com) "Road to the Super Bowl" menu includes jambalaya, and Santoni's (410-833-6610; http://www.santonis.com) will develop custom New Orleans-themed menus. The Green Onion (410-444-1718) will sell seafood perloo (similar to jambalaya) and chicken and sausage gumbo for customers to reheat and serve at home.
Bakeries: If baking a king cake sounds too challenging, you can order one. In Baltimore, king cakes are available at Patisserie Poupon (410-332-0390; http://www.patisseriepoupon.net) and Bonjour Bakery (410-372-0238; http://www.bonjourbakerycafe.com) -- be sure to order your cake a few days ahead of the big game. Or go the straight to the source, ordering a cake from the King Cake Shop in New Orleans (www.kingcakeshop.com).
