Baltimore County police said on Thursday morning that a pedestrian was struck in Randallstown at Offutt Road and Winands Road and said that Winands and Tulsemere Road have been closed.
Cpl. Cathy Batton, a Baltimore County Police Department spokeswoman, said the pedestrian will be transported to a medical facility via helicopter that, she said, will land at Randallstown High School.
Police and Fire officials reported the incident around 8:20 a.m.
