The skeletal remains of a man suspected of killing his wife and two daughters last year have been discovered in a Northern California river bank. Dental records confirmed the remains were that of 46-year-old Shane Franklin Miller, who had been the subject of a massive manhunt in 2013 after his wife, Sandy, and daughters, Shasta, 5, and Shelby, 8, were found shot to death in their Shingletown house, according to the Shasta County Sheriff's Department. Authorities received an anonymous tip at 11 p.m. Friday about the remains, which were found in the Mattole River in Petrolia in Humboldt County.
