Charges have been dropped against two teenage girls accused of bullying a 12-year-old Florida student into killing herself in September, but the controversy isn't over. The suicide of Rebecca Ann Sedwick became one of the nation's most prominent bullying cases after a local sheriff aggressively publicized the behavior of the two girles accused of tormenting her, and they were charged with felony stalking.
