Made in America fest, Day 2: Hot weather, a few arrests

Police officials say there have been a few arrests but no major security incidents on the second day of the Made in America Music Festival in downtown Los Angeles as of Sunday evening. Lt. Andrew Neiman of the Los Angeles Police Department said 34,445 tickets had been scanned as of 8 p.m. Police and sheriff's officials have made four felony and seven misdemeanor arrests, and 23 people were cited for misdemeanor alcohol violations. Neiman said 48 people have been treated on-site, and three transported to hospitals. Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Capt.
