While Moss should have won in the lead actress category last year, Hendricks was comparatively a little stronger in the supporting realm this time around. Either "Mad Men" star could win, but Hendricks' submitted episode, which saw her being forced back to work by her husband, showcases her fine acting.

Who will win: Baranski's hard-nosed lawyer has a shot, but I'm going with Hendricks.
