Honoring our veterans

<a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PECLB003712" title="Gary Sinise" href="/topic/entertainment/gary-sinise-PECLB003712.topic">Gary Sinise</a> stands beneath the "Above and Beyond" sculpture at the National Vietnam Veterans Art Museum. The sculpture is made up of dog tags remembering each of the more than 58,000 service men and women who died in the <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="EVHST000189" title="Vietnam War (1955-1975)" href="/topic/unrest-conflicts-war/wars-interventions/vietnam-war-%281955-1975%29-EVHST000189.topic">Vietnam War</a>. Sinise was promoting a new <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="0100000004593864" title="Documentary (genre)" href="/topic/arts-culture/genres/documentary-%28genre%29-0100000004593864.topic">documentary</a> he produced, "Brothers at War," about a Decatur native who follows two of his brothers into the conflicts in Afghanistan and Iraq to make a film.
