6. Humphrey Bogart & Lauren Bacall

Bacall's famous line in that movie was: "You know how to whistle, don't you, Steve? You just put your lips together and blow." For Christmas after the movie came out, Bogie gave Bacall a gold whistle. At his funeral in 1957, she placed the whistle on his coffin.
