SOMERSET — Daniel Talley batted 3-for-4, including two doubles to highlight Somerset Post 181's 9-1 victory over Rockwood in a Junior Legion baseball game Wednesday.
Ryan Spangler batted 2-for-3, Austin Clawson was 2-for-4 and Marcus Hart and Ronald Davis each hit a double.
Clawson, who recorded eight strikeouts, was the winning pitcher. He had relief help from Andrew Bassler who had two strikeouts.
Losing pitcher Zach Shaulis hit three doubles and scored Rockwood's lone run.
Somerset Post 181 (9-7) will host North Star on Friday.

CENTRAL CITY — CeCe Corradini threw a five-hitter with eight strikeouts over five innings to pace Central City's Stoystown Auto Wreckers' 11-1 victory over Berlin in Laurel Highlands softball Wednesday.
Lexi Rapsky and Kaily Karl both doubled and singled for Central City while Jordan Fyock and Autumn Fogle contributed two hits each.
Alexis Short and Jocelyn Mort combined pitching efforts for Berlin.
