    Destiny&rsquo;s Child has announced the release of "Nuclear," the first new recording in eight years from&nbsp; the trio of Beyonc&eacute;, Michelle Williams and Kelly Rowland. The song will be included as the sole new track on &ldquo;Destiny&rsquo;s Child -- Love Songs,&rdquo; a compilation of mostly quiet storm jams described in the press release as &ldquo;the most sensual romantic recordings from the bestselling vocal group.&rdquo; The collection will arrive on Jan. 29.
