    Harrisburg police arrest a man, they believe, started a fire that forced 21 people from their homes.  The suspect is a former professional boxer.   Forty six-year-old Vincent Boulware is a legend in this area, having fought four times for a boxing world championship.  He was also sparring partners with such greats as George Foreman and Sugar Ray Leonard.  Now, he is in custody, charged with trying to kill his ex-girlfriend by burning her house down.
