1. Review: '21 and Over' shuns adult responsibility

"21 and Over" could celebrate that magical moment when the final barrier to adulthood falls by the wayside, as the act of legally buying alcohol instantly goes from forbidden to routine. However, the movie just uses the moment as a springboard to a cynical college-age "Hangover" redo with far, far fewer fully developed characters or inventive adventures. (And that's saying something.)

7. '21 & Over'

If this comedy seems like a younger take on "The Hangover," it shouldn't be a surprise to learn that film's writers - Jon Lucas and Scott Moore - wrote and directed this one. It's the familiar-feeling but still-funny story of a student (Justin Chon)...

9. '21 and Over' review: Recommended for Seth MacFarlane

*1/2 (out of four)
*1/2 (out of four) If the raucous, unjustly maligned “Project X” recalled hollering in the center of a bonkers, you-had-to-be-there party, “21 and Over” feels like being a sober, irritated designated driver wondering how much...
