Julie Delpy (right), '2 Days in Paris'

Julie Delpy, a previous Oscar nominee for the screenplay “Before Sunset,” made her directing debut with the charmingly talky “Two Days in Paris.” (She costarred, wrote, produced, edited and scored the movie too.) A romantic romp, with a brilliantly nervy performance from Adam Goldberg, the film is perhaps too purposefully slight to build much awards heat. Delpy has been nominated for best first feature for the 2008 Independent Spirit Awards.
