  1. TV Gal Deals with All the Drama

    Zap2It.com
I'm back from vacation and before I get to today's column, I would like to have a little tete-a-tete with the world of television. It's nice that you missed me. Really it is. But do you really need to be so dramatic every time I go away? Let's take a...

  3. 'Housewives' Get Some New Neighbors

    Zap2It.com
Wisteria Lane will welcome a couple of new faces later this fall. "Desperate Housewives," which begins its third season on ABC Sunday, has added Kathleen York ("The West Wing") and Matt Roth ("Roseanne") to its already-large cast. Both will have...

  5. TV Gal Turns Her Attention

I think you all know I can be somewhat singularly focused. So I've spent a lot of time this fall trying to drum up support for "Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip" (I know, I know, many of you think it's too pretentious, but I love it anyway) and far too much time talking about "The Class" (By the way the first "Class" support group meets this Monday at 8:30 p.m. If you were previously a member of the "Good Morning Miami" or "Freddie" support group, you will be automatically admitted. All other applicants will be handled on a case-by-case basis.)

  7. TV Gal Comes Clean About Her Denial

    Mon Dieu!
    Zap2It.com
Mon Dieu! Most of you know that sometimes I can, shall we say, wallow in my lovely little world of denial. (It's great in this world. Dark chocolate grows on trees.) It's why I can't even talk about how "Veronica Mars" has yet to be picked up for a...

  9. It's a wrap in 48

Glendale and Burbank are well represented this weekend as hundreds of wannabe Spielbergs gather in Hollywood for the 48 Hour Film Project, a yearlong contest that travels to more than 80 cities. The participants must make a six- to eight-minute movie, from start to finish, in 48 hours.
