Taken from a graphic novel, "2 Guns" has this much in common with Woody Allen's "Blue Jasmine": They're both about characters hung out to dry. Also, the stars in both films lend panache and a sense of purpose to familiar-seeming material. Beyond that...

Easily underestimated, "2 Guns" actually contains about 15 times more guns and roughly that many laughs. If somehow you've never admitted that Mark Wahlberg's hilarious, you're going to have to give in: He's having a blast in "2 Guns"...
