Originally published Jan. 15, 2010.
Originally published Jan. 15, 2010. If there is anything hard about interviewing Harrison Ford, it’s that the actor has amassed such a varied filmography of legendary highs (“Star Wars,” “Indiana Jones”), genre classics (&...

*1/2 (out of four)
*1/2 (out of four) FYI: When punching a lizard in the face, it’s called giving him “the thunder cookie.” At least, that’s what Hank (Dwayne Johnson) calls it when protecting his stepson Sean (Josh Hutcherson, reprising his role...

7. Apparently This Boomer Skipped The Midlife Crisis

The Hartford Courant
I was going to write about baby boomers and the midlife crisis, but then I realized two things: One, most baby boomers have already had their midlife crisis, except, of course, for those who are planning to live to 125 or so. And, two, I don't know much...

13. Earth to Tim Flannery: Thank you

The 1985 celebrity-studded charity ditty written by Michael Jackson and Lionel Richie had a simple title and refrain: "We Are the World." The line, it now turns out, is more than just a song lyric. It's a scientific truth.
