    <span style="font-size: small;">Blake Shelton is starting to feel the pressure on NBC&rsquo;s The Voice, as the coaches begin &ldquo;The Knockout&rdquo; rounds. Each coach will trim their teams down to four artists each, and Blake is shocked at how well the new coaches have adjusted to the competition. &ldquo;I mean Usher and Shakira they&rsquo;re business &ndash; they&rsquo;re in this thing to win &ndash; no question. I think that&rsquo;s been the biggest surprise for me, is how serious they&rsquo;re taking this. You know, where Adam [Levine] and I kind of lolly-gag, goof around, experiment and stuff like that.
