17. 'Led Zeppelin: Celebration Day' Showing at Selected Theaters Statewide

Tickets to Led Zeppelin's 2007 reunion concert at London's O2 Arena were some of the most sought-after in history. This Wednesday, Zep fans will get to feel as though they were there, soaking in the glory of the graying Zepsters — singer Robert Plant, guitarist Jimmy Page (pictured), bassist John Paul Jones and drummer Jason Bonham, sitting in for his late father, John — when the show airs on 1,500 screens worldwide. The remaining members and Bonham came together to pay tribute to late Atlantic Records founder Ahmet Ertegun, with whom they shared a friendly relationship. More than 20 million people entered a lottery to score one of the 18,000 available tickets. No tour followed this show — Plant was allegedly more interested in feeling out the territory he explored on Raising Sand, his Grammy-winning collaboration with Alison Krauss, than reliving past glories — but who knows what the future holds.
