Friedens Lutheran
Liturgy of Holy Communion worship services will be at Friedens Lutheran at 8 and 10:30 a.m. Sunday. The Lay Ministers will take the Sacrament to some of the homebound members after each service.
There will be free blood pressure screenings between the morning services. Sunday church school for all ages is at 9:15 a.m. At 11:45 a.m. there will be a covered dish dinner for 10th graders, parents and mentors to prepare for Affirmation of Baptism.
The Rev. Ed Devore will continue the Bible study "Heaven is for Real" at 7:15 p.m. Monday.
The retirees group will participate in the fall adult study day at Sequanota Thursday. The theme is "The Shepherds and the Wise Guys."
Kids' Night Out for children in grades 3-5 will be from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Friday.
