"I enjoy expressing myself through painting, drawing and creating," she says. "I generally enjoy using oil paint and charcoal as my mediums. For subjects, I've currently been working on photographs people have given me, and classic rock stars that never get old. I have a fascination with the beat/hippie generation and the music and style it had to offer, so I incorporate it in my work. Although I wasn't even alive during that time period, the history of it is enticing - and makes me question the ideals of today. Art is a soul-fulfilling activity that every one can enjoy - whether it be the artist themselves, or the viewer."
