    <span style="font-size: small;">The status of Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora remains unconfirmed after he dropped off the band&rsquo;s world tour at short notice last week. TMZ suggests it&rsquo;s the result of a long-running contractual dispute between Sambora and Jon Bon Jovi, while the New York Post claims the singer&rsquo;s wife forced the move because the guitarist refused to clean up his act, saying he didn&rsquo;t believe in rehab. Both reports cite &ldquo;sources close to the band.&rdquo; Meanwhile, Sambora himself has simply stated via Twitter: &ldquo;Thank you everyone for your concern. I&rsquo;m well, but had to stay in LA to take care of a personal matter. Love you all and see you very soon.&rdquo; He&rsquo;s been replaced by Phil X, who also stood in during Bon Jovi&rsquo;s 2011 tour.</span>

    <span style="font-size: small;">Jon Bon Jovi admits his daughter&rsquo;s drugs overdose left him &ldquo;shocked&rdquo; &ndash; and it&rsquo;s made him wonder what&rsquo;s in store for his three younger kids. Stephanie Rose Bongiovi, 19, was hospitalised in New York last month after being found unresponsive in her college dormitory. She and a friend were charged with drugs offences, but the charges were later dropped. Her father recently said the family were coping well with the situation. But he says: &ldquo;I&rsquo;m shocked as much as the next parent with this situation. I had no idea. However, he&rsquo;s still bewildered by the sudden change in perspective. &ldquo;Steph is a great kid at a cool school. Everything about it is idyllic. She was doing great &ndash; then a sudden and steep decline. Hopefully we caught it when we did and that&rsquo;s the end of it.&rdquo; And Bon Jovi can&rsquo;t help thinking about what&rsquo;s in store for his younger kids. &ldquo;Who knew?
