The Great Rock 'N' Roll Swindle (1980)

In this Julien Temple-directed flick about the Sex Pistols, which places the individual band members in dramatic roles (notably guitarist Glenn Jones as a detective and manager Malcolm McLaren as "The Embezzler"), singer John Lydon (Johnny Rotten) is noticeably absent (he had already left the band). So if you get the feeling you've been cheated, head over to The Filth and the Fury, the longer/better Pistols documentary released in 2000 (also directed by Temple).
