Bryan Singer is taking a trip to the moon.
The "X-Men" filmmaker is on board to direct "Uprising," a movie based on Robert A. Heinlein's sci-fi novel "The Moon Is a Harsh Mistress," The Times has confirmed. The Hollywood Reporter first reported the news.
Singer is to work from a screenplay written by Marc Guggenheim ("Green Lantern," "Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters").
