The "Breaking Bad" spinoff broke very well indeed: The premiere of "Better Call Saul" walked away with cable ratings records for AMC on Sunday. An average of 6.9 million total viewers tuned in to "Saul," according to Nielsen. That audience skewed young, with 4.4 million viewers ages 18 to 49 making "Saul" the best-performing series premiere among that demographic in cable history.
