Anyone trying to do good on "Once Upon a Time" can't seem to get a break in "Operation Mongoose." That includes Parts 1 or 2 of the two-hour season finale. The Author wins, heroes and villains swap places, the Sorcerer is revealed and the savior needs saving -- a few times. The whole episode was a bit of a change of pace in that it was linear, with no jumping back and forth through time or from world to world -- except in the beginning. We started with the Author, who is selling televisions, badly it seems. He can't even sell 'em with the new color feature or "with the clicker" in December of 1966. Ironically, Isaac - the real name of the Author...
