SEE FUNNY COMEDY

We've got a healthy comedy scene. There's plenty of improv troupes to see (and perform with), and big comics come through pretty frequently. You can see local comedy at the City Steam Brew House (City Steam Brew-Ha-Ha on Saturdays), Sea Tea Improv (pictured, and who perform at the Brew House monthly, and regularly at the Hole in the Wall Theater), and the Funny Bone in Manchester hosts bigger-name comedians like Jim Brueur and Loni Love. Then there's Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun, who regularly get big names like Jerry Seinfeld, Chris Rock, Tracy Morgan and, this fall, Louis C.K. and Steven Wright. And then there's the newly opened Bridge Street Live in Collinsville. Todd Barry's performing in October.
