Catwoman and the guy who played a gorilla in "Trading Places" had a long running feud over ... a fence between their Brentwood homes. Belushi built a higher fence between his and Newmar's lot, but she complained saying it blocked the sunlight to her prized garden. Things got really ugly when, according to Jim, Newmar tore down the fence and egged his house. Belushi sued Newmar for $4 million citing vandalism, defamation and harassment. They settled out of court in 2006. |
